French Toast
| Bread | 6 Slices (Artesano) |
| Eggs | 2 Large |
| Milk | 1/4 cup |
| Vanilla Extract | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Ground Ginger | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Cinnamon | 3/4 teaspoon |
| Butter | As needed |
- Add eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground ginger to a bowl and mix until homogenous.
- Move mixture to a wide, flat container—such as a baking pan.
- Melt butter on a pan under medium-high heat.
- For each slice, add and swirl about 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon over the mixture.
- Lightly dip each side of a slice in the mixture and add to pan.
- Shortly after slices become silent, flip and cook other side.
- Continue to flip slices until lightly browned.
- Serve with preferred toppings.
